1. Navigate to the browser and Open Outlook or Hotmail.
2. Sign in with Microsoft credential email id, Phone, or Skype and type password.
3. Click on Settings Icon on Right side top corner.

4. Click on view all Outlook Settings.

5. Click on Mail settings.

6. Click on Forwarding.

Check Box on enable forwarding, Type Forwarded email address.

Note:- If you want to keep copy of Forwarded massage then check box on “Keep a Copy of Forwarded massage.“

7. Click on Save and Exit.

How to auto-forward e-mail in Outlook using create Outlook rules

If you want to Forward some special categories of Email to your accounts such as high importance, special categories, any special person email, etc then you can create such a rule via forwarded the massage.

To auto-forward e-mail in Outlook using create Outlook rules follow these steps-

1. Navigate to the browser and Open Outlook or Hotmail.
2. Sign in with Microsoft credential email id, Phone, or Skype and type password.
3. Click on the Settings Icon on the Right side top corner.
4. Click on view all Outlook Settings.
5. Navigate to Mail<Rules<Add new rules.
6. Type Rules Name.
7. Select Condition according to your requirement.

8. Now Click on add to action and select forward to.

9. Type Email address where forward condition e-mail.

10. After Update all the settings click on save.
