  4. Right Click on USB root hub and click on update driver.

3. Modify Power Management Settings of USB Device

To Modify power management follow these steps-

  1. Navigate to Run(Windows +R).
  2. Type hdwwiz.cpl and press enter.
  3. Expand the ‘Universal Serial Bus controllers’ group and double-click on any of the drivers labeled ‘USB Root Hub.
  4. Right Click on USB root hub and click on properties.
  5. Click on Power Management Tab and removed the Check from “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.

4. Restore your Windows using Restore Point

To solve USB device not recognized error may be some problem on Windows file then you can restore your Windows using Windows Restore Points.

To restore Windows 10 Follow these steps-

System Restore Points is one of the best features of the Windows Operating system via you can restore your last Files and settings of Windows.

For Windows Restro you follow the following steps-

1. Right-click on Computer and select Properties.

2. Click on Advanced system settings on the left panel.

3. Navigate to  System Protection Tab and click on System Restore.

4. Click on Next( Restore system files and settings).

5. Select Restore Points and click on Next.

6. Click on Finish.

7. Click on Yes and automatically your computer will be restarted.

5. Check Your Antivirus Privacy and Policy

If your USB device is not detecting storage Devices, Cameras on the computer then maybe a reason for Antivirus or computer policy. Some organization uses policy to Disable USB Devices.

If your USB storage devices are by Antivirus then you should talk to your IT professional or Technician to allow authentication of devices.
